The Gorilla Fitness project used AI to support the website and marketing for coach Hassan Gabr’s online training service. Rather than asking a tool for generic ideas, the work began with Hassan’s story, his offer and his customers’ experience, then used that context to shape project materials.
What did the team do?
Hassan says he contacted Abdul Osama (عبدول أسامة) after seeing a video about AI and ads. They discussed the business and began working together. Abdul asked about Hassan’s journey, who the service was for, what customers experienced and the testimonials they had provided.
Abdul’s aim was to create an AI agent: an assistant given project-specific context to help with defined tasks. He says he fed it material from podcast appearances by Hassan and used that context while developing the marketing and website around Hassan’s story and personality.
“The first goal was to take coach Hassan Gabr’s real voice, personality and story and turn them into an AI agent.” — Abdul Osama
Hassan says he had previously thought of AI mainly as ChatGPT, a conversational tool used to generate text and ideas. In this project, he saw it applied to a wider set of work: a website, new branding and identity, a payment solution, marketing, ads and analytics.
In numbers
- Three days: Hassan says he saw a complete website with a payment solution and new identity.
- Roughly ten days: Hassan describes a broader marketing, advertising and analytics setup and says they started selling. He does not give an exact date for the first sale.
- Five to six people and two months: Hassan’s estimate of the team and time such work might otherwise have required, compared with Abdul working with AI tools.
The video gives no sales figures or project cost. Abdul also credits Hassan’s quick responses and clear understanding of his audience and offer for their pace.
Background and next step
Giving an AI tool reliable information about a service and its customers can make its drafts more relevant. Outputs still need human review; using someone’s voice or recordings also calls for appropriate permission. A practical starting point is to gather an accurate service description, the founder’s story and customer testimonials cleared for use, then assign specific tasks to an assistant and review its work.
